摘　　要：针对车牌号识别,提出了一种通过机器视觉来进行识别的方法,用来解决汽车车牌号检测与识别以及显示的问题。首先通过Halcon软件对捕获到的带有车牌的图片进行形态学处理,定位出车牌的位置,分割出车牌号的字符,随后通过光学字符识别的方法将车牌号进行识别。再通过C#在Visual Studio平台进行识别系统的窗体设计,完成Halcon软件与C#的交互。在系统中,可以达到读取图片,展示车牌,将识别出的车牌号显示出等功能。并且识别速度快,操作方便,通过一键点击即可获得结果。A method for vehicle license plate recognition using machine vision is proposed to solve the problems of vehicle license plate detection,recognition,and display.Firstly,Halcon software is used to perform morphological processing on the captured images with license plates,locate the position of the license plate,segment the characters of the license plate number,and then recognize the license plate number using optical character recognition methods.Then use C#to design the recognition system's window on the Visual Studio platform,and complete the interaction between Halcon software and C#.In the system,functions such as reading images,displaying license plates,and displaying the identified license plate numbers can be achieved.And the recognition speed is fast,the operation is convenient,and the results can be obtained with just one click.
