摘　　要：目的:了解上海江桥镇居民对麻风病核心知识的知晓情况,为开展麻风病健康教育与健康促进提供依据。方法:在社区采用偶遇抽样法调查了225名居民,其中男性131人(占58.22%),女性94人(占41.78%),评价调查对象对麻风病核心知识的知晓情况。结果:共调查225名居民,麻风病防治核心知识总知晓率为64.57%,单一核心知识知晓率在40.89%~90.22%之间,核心知识基本知晓率为52.00%;女性、39岁以下、高中以上文化程度的居民对麻风病防治核心知识知晓率较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);麻风病核心知识获取途径以宣传活动(79.56%)、宣传资料(70.22%)和医生咨询(45.33%)为主,但仍有43人(19.11%)调查对象从未接触过麻风病防治核心知识。结论:上海江桥镇居民的麻风病防治核心知识的知晓率与国家规划要求的目标还有差距,核心知识获取途径较单一。应通过调整宣传内容,增加新媒体、社交平台等媒体工具,开展个性化的健康教育活动。增加宣传覆盖面,提高居民对麻风病核心知识的认知水平。Objective:To understand the awareness of leprosy core knowledge among the residents of Jiangqiao Community,Shanghai,and to provide basis for development of health education and health promotion of leprosy.Methods:A total of 225 residents were investigated by the method of accidental sampling,among them there were 131 males,accounting for 58.22%,and 94 females,accounting for 41.78%,and the awareness of investigated subjects on leprosy core knowledge was evaluated.Results:A total of 225 residents were investigated,the overall awareness rate of leprosy core knowledge was 64.57%,and the awareness rate of single leprosy core knowledge was between 40.89%-90.22%,and the basic awareness rate of leprosy core knowledge was 52.00%;the residents of females,age under 39 years and the senior high school education level had high score of awareness of the leprosy core knowledge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main ways of acquiring leprosy core knowledge were publicity activities(79.56%),publicity materials(70.22%)and doctor consultation(45.33%),however,43 respondents(19.11%)had never been exposed to the leprosy core knowledge.Conclusion:There is still a gap to the goals required by national planning of awareness rate of leprosy core knowledge among residents Jiangqiao Community,Shanghai,and the way of acquiring leprosy core knowledge is simple.Through adjusting the contents of publicity,adding new media,social platforms and other media tools,the personalized health education activities should be carried out to increase the coverage of information and improve the awareness level of residents on leprosy core knowledge in the residents.
