穴位贴敷加腹部中药热敷辅治急性阑尾炎术后胃肠功能紊乱临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷加腹部中药热敷辅治急性阑尾炎术后胃肠功能紊乱的效果。方法:106例随机分为两组,两组均用西医常规处置,观察组加用穴位贴敷加腹部中药热敷。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后中医证候积分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后胃肠功能恢复时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷加腹部中药热敷辅治急性阑尾炎术后胃肠功能紊乱可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with abdominal hot compress with Chinese medicine on gastrointestinal dysfunction after acute appendicitis.Methods:A total of 106 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group were treated with acupoint application and abdominal hot compress with Chinese medicine in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with abdominal hot compress with Chinese medicine could improve the curative effect of gastrointestinal dysfunction after acute appendicitis.
