消风散加减联合奥洛他定治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消风散加减联合奥洛他定治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法:72例按照随机数字表法分为两组各36例,两组均用奥洛他定治疗,研究组加用消风散加减。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),症状和体征评分及降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消风散加减联合奥洛他定治疗儿童过敏性结膜炎效果较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Xiaofeng Powder combined with olopatadine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children.Methods:Seventy-two cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with olopatadine,and the study group were treated with modified Xiaofeng Powder.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs and the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiaofeng Powder combined with olopatadine is effective and safe in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children.
