摘　　要：口底多间隙感染又称口底蜂窝组织炎,曾被认为是颌面部最严重而治疗最困难的炎症之一。随着诊治水平及有效抗菌药物的合理使用,近年来本病已极其罕见。但如果诊治不及时,病情及并发症发展快速凶险,死亡率高。本文报道一例由摩根摩根菌引起的口底多间隙感染的诊治经过,并复习相关文献,以期提高对该疾病的认识,同时为临床治疗提供参考。Multi-space infection at the floor of mouth,also known as cellulitis of the floor of mouth,was once considered as one of the most serious and difficult inflammation in the maxillofacial region.With the development of diagnosis and treatment and the rational use of effective antibacterial drugs,this disease has become extremely rare in recent years.However,if not timely diagnosed and treated,the disease and its complications will develop rapidly and dangerously,resulting in high mortality rate.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of multi-space infection of the floor of the mouth caused by Morganella Morganii,and reviews the relevant literature,in order to improve the understanding of the disease and provide reference for clinical treatment.
