摘 要:情商是管理个人情绪、处理人际关系的能力,高等医学教育需适应时代发展转变医学教育理念与模式,从而深刻理解医学教育中“四个回归”的核心要义。然而,由于国内医学教育领域有关医学研究生情商培养方面的研究极少,间接提示情商教育可能在医学研究生培养等领域中处在边缘位置,亟需引起医学教育学界的关注。文章通过阐释情商的内涵与意义,以广东医科大学某学院动态不良事件为案例,深入剖析时下医学研究生典型的低情商表现,同时对医学研究生情商培养的有效路径与对策予以细致评析,以期为新时期我国高层次医学人才情商培养与人文教育体系构建提供借鉴与参考。Emotional quotient(EQ)is the ability to manage personal emotions and deal with interpersonal relations.Higher medical education needs to adapt to the development of the times to change the concept and model of medical education,so as to deeply understand the core meaning of“four regressions”in medical education.However,due to the lack of research on EQ training of medical graduate students in domestic medical education field,it indirectly suggests that EQ education may be in a marginal position in medical graduate training and other fields,which needs to be paid attention to by the academic field of medical education.By explaining the connotation and significance of EQ and taking dynamic adverse events in a college of Guangdong Medical University as the cases,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the typical low EQ performance of current medical graduate students.At the same time,the effective ways and countermeasures of EQ training of medical graduate students are analyzed in detail,in order to bring new reference for the EQ training of high-level medical talents and the construction of humanistic education system in the new era.
