科教融合理念下药学综合实验教学案例的设计

摘  要:科教融合是加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展的核心理念。药学综合实验是药学各学科相互交叉、相互融合的一门综合性实验课程。基于科学研究和创新人才培养的需求,充分挖掘科研活动中的基础性问题,将其与药学综合实验课程相融合,设计综合性强、贴合实际应用的实验教学案例,拓展教科书中的理论知识,提高教学效果以及人才培养质量。以“顺铂对非小细胞肺癌A549细胞生长影响的检测”为例,使学生掌握细胞毒性检测和免疫印迹等相关原理与技术。该实验项目现象稳定、重现性好,且涵盖较多科研训练中的相关技能和供学生课余探索的理论内容,起到了强化学生综合运用理论知识并提高实验技能的作用,也是培养高素质创新型人才的有效途径。The integration of science and education is the core concept of accelerating the construction of firstclass universities and first-class disciplines and realizing the conformal development of higher education.Pharmacy comprehensive experiment is a comprehensive experiment course in which each subject of pharmacy crosses and integrates with each other.Based on the needs of scientific research and training of innovative talents,the basic problems in scientific research activities are fully explored and integrated with the comprehensive experiment course of pharmacy. Experimental teaching cases that are comprehensive and suitable for practical application are designed to expand the theoretical knowledge in textbooks and improve the teaching effect and the quality of talent training. Taking “detection of the effect of cisplatin on the proliferation of non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells” as an example, students can master the relevant principles and technologies such as cell activity detection and immunoblotting. The experimental project has stable phenomena and good reproducibility, and includes more relevant skills in scientific research training and theoretical content for students to explore after class, which strengthens the role of students in comprehensively applying theoretical knowledge and improving experimental skills, and is also an effective way to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.
