摘 要:目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者弥散加权成像(DWI)病变体积(VDWI)、T2液体衰减反转恢复序列(T2Flair)病变体积(VFlair)与发病时间的关系,及ACI患者DWI与磁敏感加权成像(SWI)区域显示一致程度与预后的关系。方法选取2019年8月至2021年12月包钢集团第三职工医院收治的93例ACI患者作为研究对象。运用线性回归分析VFlair、VDWI的体积差与发病时间(T)的关系,分析DWI图像、SWI图像显示区域一致程度与预后的关系。结果线性回归分析结果显示,症状出现6 h内ACI患者VFlair、VDWI与发病时间(T)存在以下关系:(VFlair−VDWI)/VDWI=−0.573+0.103×T;症状出现6~48 h ACI患者VFlair、VDWI与T存在以下关系:(VFlair−VDWI)/VDWI=−0.049+0.013×T。DWI-SWI图像显示区域一致22例,溶栓有效12例(54.55%);DWI-SWI图像显示区域不一致19例,溶栓有效4例(21.05%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACI患者VFlair与VDWI差异能有效预测ACI患者发病时间,DWI-SWI区域显示一致程度能够较好预测ACI患者的预后。Objective To explore the diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)lesion volume(VDWI)and T2 fluid attenuated inversion recovery sequence(T2Flair)relationship with the onset time in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI),as well as the relationship between the consistency of DWI and magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging(SWI)regional display and prognosis in ACI patients.Methods A total of 93 patients with ACI admitted to the Third Hospital of Baogang Group from August 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the volume difference of VFlair and VDWI and the onset time(T),and the relationship between the consistency of DWI and SWI image display regions and prognosis were analyzed.Results The results of linear regression analysis showed that within 6 hours of symptom onset,there was a relationship among VFair,VDWI and onset time(T)in patients with ACI:(VFlair−VDWI)/VDWI=−0.573+0.103×T;within 6 to 48 hours of symptom onset,there was a relationship among VFair,VDWI and onset time(T)in patients with ACI:(VFlair−VDWI)/VDWI=−0.049+0.013×T.There were 22 cases showed consistent display areas in DWI-SWI images,and thrombolysis effective was 12 cases(54.55%),there were19 cases of inconsistent display area in DWI-SWI images,and thrombolysis effective was 4 cases(21.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The difference between VFlair and VDWI in ACI patients can better predict the time of onset in ACI patients, and the consistency of DWI-SWI image display regions can better predict the prognosis of ACI patients.
