摘  要:目前大型矿用自卸车轮边减速器一直面临着诸多问题,如高故障率、噪声大、偏载现象、寿命短等,而齿轮修形对改善齿轮受力、降低噪音、增加寿命效果显著。本论文采用Romax Designer软件对大型矿用电动轮自卸车轮边减速器进行了建模、在额定功率与转速下对减速器进行静力学仿真分析,依据齿轮载荷分布、传动误差等参数对低速级严重偏载的小行星齿轮修形所需要参数进行分析、确定。At present,the wheel reducer of large mining dump trucks has been facing many problems,such as high failure rate,high noise,biased load phenomenon,short service life,etc.Gear shaping has a significant effect on improving gear force,reducing noise,and increasing service life.This paper uses the Romax Designer software to model the wheel reducer of a large mining electric wheel dump truck,and conducts static simulation analysis on the reducer at rated power and speed.Based on parameters such as gear load distribution and transmission error,the necessary parameters for modifying small planetary gears with severe eccentricity at low speeds are analyzed and determined.
