摘  要:“铣工实训”是职业院校机械类专业的基础实训课程,其教学目标为培养具有熟练操作普通机床的能力,为后期数控机床的操作打下基础。首先分析机械实训课的教学现状;其次介绍虚拟现实技术的应用与优势;然后介绍将该技术应用到机械实训课的具体实施,最后突出教学改革效果。通过将虚拟现实技术引入机械实训课,不仅可以激发学生对实训课的学习兴趣,提高实训课质量,还为培养现代“班组长”型高素质技能人才打下坚实基础。Milling Practical Training is a basic practical training course for mechanical majors in vocational colleges.Its teaching goal is to cultivate the ability to skillfully operate ordinary machine tools and lay the foundation for the operation of CNC machine tools in the later period.Firstly,the teaching status of mechanical practical training course is analyzed.Secondly,the application and advantages of virtual reality technology are introduced.Then the practical training course of this technology is implemented in detail,and finally the teaching reform effect is highlighted.By introducing virtual reality technology into the mechanical practical training course,it can not only stimulate students'interest in learning the practical training course,improve the quality of the practical training course,but also lay a solid foundation for training modern team leader type high-quality skilled personnel.
