牙科显微镜联合iRoot BP Plus用于恒牙牙髓切断术的临床疗效分析

摘  要:目的:评估牙科显微镜联合iRoot BP Plus用于恒牙牙髓切断术的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2021~2022年在我科行恒牙牙髓切断术的44例患者(57颗患牙),根据手术方式的不同,分为实验组(显微镜+iRoot BP Plus)和对照组(目视+MTA),实验组在显微镜下完成牙髓切断后,将iRoot BP Plus均匀覆盖于牙髓断面。对照组常规完成牙髓切断后,将MTA覆盖于牙髓断面。两组均在术后1个月,3个月,12个月进行临床及X线片检查,评估其术后临床疗效及钙化桥的形成情况。结果:术后12个月,实验组临床成功率为100%,对照组成功率95.83%,两组间差异无统计学意义。术中盖髓时间的比较上,实验组短于对照组,且两组间存在显著性差异。术后12个月实验组钙化桥形成率明显高于对照组,且两组间差异有统计学意义。结论:显微镜下行iRoot BP Plus活髓切断术和MTA活髓切断术两种方法均能取得很好的临床效果,但前者能显著缩短治疗时间,减少复诊次数,且更早,更好地促进牙本质桥的形成。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of dental operatingmicroscope combined with iRoot BP Plus for permanent pulp pulpotomy.Methods:A total of 44 patients(57 teeth)who underwent permanent tooth pulpotomy in ourde-partment from 2021 to 2022 were selected.According to the different surgical methods,they were divided into experimental group(microscope+iRoot BP Plus)and control group(visual+MTA).In the experimental group,iRoot BP Plus was uniformly covered on the pulp surface after the pulp section under the dental operating microscope.In the control group,MTA was ap-plied to the pulp section after the pulpotomy.Clinical and X-ray examinations were performed in both groups at 1,3 and 12 months after treatment to evaluate the postoperative clinical efficacy and the formation of calcification bridge.Results:Twelve months after surgery,the clinical success rate of the experimental group was 100%,and the success rate of the control group was 95.83%,with no statistical significance between the two groups.The time of pulp capping in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.The rate of calcification bridge formation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group 12 months after operation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:Both dental operating microscope com-bined with iRoot BP Plus pulpotomy and MTA pulpotomy can achieve good clinical results,but the former can significantly shorten the treatment time,reduce the number of visits,and earlier,better promote the formation of dentin bridge.
