摘 要:马铃薯是重要的粮食作物,而块茎不仅是收获器官也是主栽四倍体品种的繁殖器官,近年来逐渐兴起的二倍体杂交育种通过实生种子进行繁殖,使得研究其花和果实发育变得尤为重要.因此,鉴定马铃薯不同组织组成型和组织特异表达的基因对马铃薯基因功能和遗传改良具有重要意义.通过分析二倍体马铃薯自交系A6-26和E4-63不同组织(花、块茎、根、果实、叶和茎)的转录组数据,筛选到12个组成型表达基因,同时筛选了一批花、果实和薯块中特异表达的基因,并利用GO分析和KEGG富集分析对这些基因进行了功能分析.Potatoes are important food crops,and tubers are not only the harvesting organs but also the reproductive organs of the main tetraploid varieties.Diploid hybrid breeding,which propagates through actual seeds,has gradually emerged in recent years.It has also become particularly important to study the development of flowers and fruits in potato.Therefore,identifying the constitutive expression genes of potatoes and the specific expression genes of flowers,fruits,and tubers are very important for studying potato gene function and genetic improvement.In this study,we analyzed the transcriptome data of different tissues(including flowers,tubers,roots,fruits,leaves,and stems)of diploid potato inbred lines A6-26 and E4-63 to identify 12 constitutive expression genes.And genes specifically expressed in flowers,fruits,and tubers were also screened,and their functional analysis were performed by GO analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis.This study will provide a basic theory for potato molecular biology research and genetic improvement.
