摘 要:常规的泵站监控系统程序较为复杂,系统运行损耗较高,很容易出现系统数据监控失误的问题。因此,设计了基于PLC的大中型泵站微机自动监控系统。硬件方面,设计PLC控制器与RS485总线。软件方面,开发大中型泵站自动监控PLC程序,输入PLC控制器的控制模块,选择TCP/IP连接,完成通讯模块与逻辑网络之间的关联。优化泵站微机自动监控可视化界面,采用可编程逻辑制作监控画面,使泵站监控系统的启动界面、总视图界面、机组监控界面、温度监控界面更加真实。采用系统测试,验证了该系统的监控质量更高,能够应用于实际生活中。Conventional pump station monitoring system procedures are relatively complex,system operation losses are high,and system data monitoring errors are prone to occur.Therefore,a microcomputer automatic monitoring system for large and medium-sized pumping stations based on PLC was designed.In terms of hardware,a PLC controller and RS485 bus are designed.In terms of software,develop a PLC program for automatic monitoring of large and medium-sized pumping stations,input the control module of the PLC controller,select TCP/IP connection,and complete the association between the communication module and the logical network.Optimize the computer automatic monitoring visual interface of the pumping station,and use programmable logic to create monitoring screens,making the startup interface,general view interface,unit monitoring interface,and temperature monitoring interface of the pumping station monitoring system more realistic.System testing was used to verify that the system has higher monitoring quality and can be applied in real life.
