摘　　要：在动荡多变的环境下,高校领导者的产教融合能力无疑是产教融合有效开展的重要保障。本研究整合动态能力理论、混沌理论和权变理论的核心理念,基于政府领导、企业领导和高校领导三重视角,采用访谈和主题分析相结合的方法,深入揭示高校领导者的产教融合能力及主要类型,并构建“高校领导者产教融合能力系统运行模型”,着重呈现其组织结构、系统构件及内部逻辑。研究结论对未来产教融合理论和实践研究具有一定的参考价值。The university leaders'industry-education integration capabilities are definitely the important guarantees of the healthy operation of the industry-education integration.The article relying on the integrated framework from the core ideas of dynamic capability theory,chaos theory and contingency theory and the first-hand data collected from leaders of governments,enterprises and universities,investigates university leaders'key industry-education integration capabilities and their major types and builds the system operating model of the university leaders'industry-education integration capabilities with focus on the organizational structures,system components and internal connections.The findings of the article are valuable references to the future study in the theory and practice concerning industry-education integration.
