摘　　要：胃癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。目前,针对晚期胃癌的多种治疗方法难以达到令人满意的生存率,因此开发新的治疗方法显得尤为迫切。近10年来,免疫治疗的快速发展为胃癌患者带来了新的希望,特别是肿瘤疫苗疗法成为该领域的一颗新星。疫苗疗法能够激发特异性淋巴细胞,引发对肿瘤抗原的强烈免疫应答。本文介绍了不同类型的肿瘤抗原并总结了目前各种治疗性胃癌疫苗的现状,包括蛋白质/肽疫苗、基因疫苗、细胞疫苗和载体疫苗,特别强调了相关基础或临床试验的研究结果,最后探讨了个性化胃癌疫苗所面临的挑战以及未来的潜在发展方向。Gastric cancer ranks among the most prevalent malignant tumors globally.Presently,diverse treatment approaches for advanced gastric cancer fall short of achieving satisfactory survival rates,therefore,developing new treatment methods is particularly urgent.Over the last decade,the rapid progress in immunotherapy has brought fresh hope for gastric cancer patients,notably with tumor vaccine therapy emerging as a promising player in this domain.Vaccine therapy can stimulate an increase in specific lymphocytes,eliciting a robust immune response against tumor antigens.This review introduces different types of tumor antigens and summarizes the current status of therapeutic gastric cancer vaccines,including protein/peptide vaccines,gene vaccines,cell vaccines,and vector vaccines.The research outcomes of relevant basic or clinical trials are particularly emphasized.Lastly,the challenges and potential development directions for personalized gastric cancer vaccines are discussed.
