摘  要:文章首先将凝胶阻化剂与粉煤灰相结合,采用单变量实验方法,通过检测胶凝时间长短,制备出一种优化后的凝胶阻化剂新配方:海藻酸钠为7%,交联剂为3%,碳酸钠为1.5%,粉煤灰为15%,剩余组份为水,并对比不同粉煤灰粒径大小对凝胶胶凝时间的影响;其次,通过对优化后的新型凝胶阻化剂的保水和凝胶强度性能进行分析,得出新型阻化剂在性能方面的改善措施;最后,在封堵和连结性能上将新型凝胶阻化剂与常用的氯化镁凝胶阻化剂进行对比,分析新型凝胶阻化剂在应用性能方面的优点。In this paper,a new formula of gel inhibitor was prepared by combining gel inhibitor with fly ash and using single variable experimental method.By detecting the length of gelation time,a new formula of optimized gel inhibitor was prepared:sodium alginate was 7%,crosslinking agent was 3%,sodium carbonate was 1.5%,fly ash was 15%,and the remaining component was water.The effects of different fly ash particle sizes on gel gelation time were compared.Secondly,through the analysis of the water retention performance and gel strength performance of the optimized new gel inhibitor,the improvement and improvement of the performance of the new inhibitor are obtained.Finally,the new gel inhibitor was compared with the commonly used magnesium chloride gel inhibitor in terms of plugging performance and bonding performance,and the advantages of the new gel inhibitor in application performance were analyzed.
