摘 要:针对车载环境设备隔振技术难以量化的技术难题,提出了一套车载设备隔振的设计、计算方法。该方法首先依据车载设备的特点提出隔振要求;其次结合二阶线性非其次方程求解相应频率,初步设计车载设备的隔振平台;再次确定车载设备必需满足的应力条件;最后利用有限元的方式计算车载设备的位移、加速度以及稳态应力水平。本文以车载真空装置为例,按照上述理论设计隔振平台,并通过有限元的方式验证可行性;最终表明设计的隔振平台满足振动特性方面的需求;该方法可适用于车载设备的隔振平台研制。In order to solve the technical problem that the vibration isolation technology of on-board environmental equipment is difficult to quantify,a set of design and calculation methods for vibration isolation of on-board equipment was proposed.In this method,the vibration isolation requirements are first put forward according to the characteristics of the on-board equipment,then the vibration isolation platform of the on-board equipment is preliminarily designed by solving the corresponding frequency by combining the second-order linear non-secondary equations,the stress conditions that must be met by the on-board equipment are determined again,and finally the displacement,acceleration and steady-state stress level of the on-board equipment are calculated by using the finite element method.In this paper,taking the vehicle-mounted vacuum device as an example,the vibration isolation platform is designed according to the above theory,and the feasibility is verified by finite element method,and finally it is shown that the designed vibration isolation platform meets the requirements of vibration characteristics,and the method can be applied to the development of vibration isolation platform for vehicle-mounted equipment.
