五菱宏光发动机无法起动故障诊断实训教学研究——以被帮扶县职校为例

摘　　要：五菱宏光汽车及其配备的B系列发动机,为众多职业院校和技工学校的交通运输类专业实训教学给予了非常大的设备支持。在对被帮扶县职校进行汽车发动机电控系统故障诊断实训课程教学帮扶过程中,选用该县职校的五菱宏光S实训车辆,在尽量不破坏线束的情况下,为保证在规定的教学时间内完成课程教学目标,方便后续县职校教师借鉴,通过较少资金购买开关、塑料板材以及铜杜邦线等,利用电烙铁等用具自制简易的“故障设置板”。再利用故障设置板、快速接线端子、常规故障保险和故障继电器等设备和元件完成故障点的设置和故障现象验证。最后以“发动机无法起动故障”设置学习情境,依据故障现象结合整合后维修资料分析故障原因,使用试灯、万用表和诊断仪等常用诊断检测设备,准确的诊断和排除该发动机故障,完成了起动机电路、ECU电路和燃油供给系统电路等电路故障诊断的教学任务,教学效果好。为从事汽车维修的技术人员或教师在处理相应故障和教学时提供参考。Wuling Hongguang Automobile and its B series engine have provided great equipment support for the training and teaching of transportation majors in many vocational colleges and technical schools.In the process of teaching and helping the county vocational school to carry out the fault diagnosis training course of automobile engine electronic control system,the Wuling Hongguang S training vehicle of the county vocational school was selected,in the case of not destroying the wiring harness as much as possible,in order to ensure that the course teaching objectives were completed within the specified teaching time,and to facilitate the follow-up county vocational school teachers to learn from,through less funds to purchase switches,plastic plates and copper Dupont wires,etc.,the use of electric soldering iron and other appliances to make a simple"fault setting board".Then the study uses equipment and components such as fault setting boards,quick terminal blocks,conventional fault insurances,and fault relays to complete the setting of fault points and the verification of fault phenomena.Finally,the learning situation of"engine start failure"was set up,the cause of the fault was analyzed according to the fault phenomenon combined with the integrated maintenance data,and the common diagnostic and testing equipment such as test lamp,multimeter and diagnostic instrument were used to accurately diagnose and eliminate the engine fault,and the teaching task of circuit fault diagnosis such as starter circuit,ECU circuit and fuel supply system circuit was completed,and the teaching effect was good.It provides a reference for technicians or teachers engaged in automobile repair when dealing with corresponding faults and teaching.
