摘　　要：本文研究了高职院校铁道机车运用与维护专业工学结合人才培养模式在实际应用过程中存在的问题,分析了其产生的原因,并从学生、学校及企业三方面研究了相应的对策,用于优化工学结合人才培养的模式。This article studies the problems in the practical application of the engineering combined talent training model for railway locomotive operation and maintenance in vocational colleges,analyzes the reasons for its occurrence,and studies corresponding countermeasures from three aspects:students,schools,and enterprises,in order to optimize the mode of engineering combined talent training.
