摘 要:本文根据MSG型号单齿轮转向机测试驾驶员抱怨的换向异响问题,首先进行加速度贴片测试确定换向异响振幅最大区域主要来自于压块,进而影响齿条衬套与拉杆同样产生振幅,并推断出该异响类型为stick-slip噪声。然后采用故障树分析方法对压块产生噪音的主要原因逐层分析从而确定优化方向。最后从零件表面粗糙度因素和零件润滑因素两个方面确定优化方案,为相同类型问题的解决提供一定的理论参考。According to the problem of abnormal reversing noise complained by the driver of single-gear steering machine of MSG model,the acceleration patch test was first conducted to determine that the maximum amplitude area of abnormal reversing noise was mainly from the compression block,and then affected the amplitude produced by the rack bushing and the pull rod,and it was inferred that the abnormal noise type was stick-slip noise.Then the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the main causes of the noise produced by the block layer by layer to determine the optimization direction.Finally,the optimization scheme is determined from the two aspects of parts surface roughness factor and parts lubrication factor,which provides a certain theoretical reference for the solution of the same type of problems.
