摘　　要：立德树人是贯彻落实新时期“金课”建设的根本,课程思政是实现立德树人根本任务的重要环节。基于以学生产出为导向的OBE理念下课程思政与“金课”融合,以电类专业的专业基础课《数字信号处理》为实践,从教学内容、教学方式与考核评价等三个方面进行改革,实现知识传授与思想政治教育的同向而行。使得知识结构系统化,将课程内容和思政元素有效连接,创建课程思政教学案例;探索线上+线下的混合式“互联网+课程思政”的教学方式;构建知识、能力及思政素养“三位一体”的多方位考核体系。Morality Education is the foundation of the construction of"Golden Lessons"in the new era,and curriculum ideology and politics is the important link of carrying out the fundamental task of Morality Education.Based on the OBE concept of student-oriented,the integration of ideological and political education and"Gold Course",and the practice ofdigital signal processing,a basic course for electrical majors,from the teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation and other teaching links to achieve knowledge and ideological and political education in the same direction.To systematize the knowledge structure,effectively connect the content of the course with the ideological and political elements,create the case of the ideological and political teaching of the course,this paper explores the online and offl ine mixed teaching method of"Internet+course ideology and politics",and constructs a multi-dimensional examination system of"Trinity"of knowledge,ability and ideological and political accomplishment.
