摘 要:目的分析广州市某区游泳池水质监测结果,及时发现存在的问题,为相关部门监督和管理提供工作依据。方法以2020—2022年广州市某区取得卫生许可资质的游泳馆为监测对象,采集游泳池和浸脚池水样共1363份,对样品pH值、浑浊度、尿素、游离余氯、菌落总数、大肠菌群指标进行检测和分析。定性资料采用χ^(2)检验,不满足χ^(2)检验条件的采用Fisher精确概率法。结果1026份游泳池水样,937份合格,合格率为91.33%;337份浸脚池水样,325份合格,合格率为96.44%。2020—2022年浸脚池水合格率呈上升趋势;不同年份的游泳池水样(χ^(2)=26.83,P<0.001)和浸脚池水样(χ^(2)=10.35,P=0.006)合格率差异均有统计学意义。333间次游泳场所,301间次全部指标合格,合格率为90.39%,不同年份游泳场所合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.56,P=0.003)。各项检测指标中,浑浊度和大肠菌群合格率均为100.00%;其他指标合格率从高到低依次为pH值、菌落总数、游离余氯和尿素。结论广州市某区游泳池水质总体情况良好,但仍存在一定的卫生问题,应继续加强卫生监督力度,提高卫生状况。Objective To analyze the monitoring results of swimming pool water quality in a district of Guangzhou City,to find the existing problems in time,and to provide a basis for relevant departments to supervise and manage the work.Methods A total of 1363 water samples of swimming pool water and immersing feet pool water were collected in natatorium that have obtained health license qualifications in a district of Guangzhou City from 2020 to 2022 as the monitoring object,and were tested and analysed for the indexes of pH value,turbidity,urea,free residual chlorine,total bacterial counts and coliform.Chi-squared(χ^(2))test was used for qualitative data and Fisher's exact probability method was used if the condition ofχ^(2) test was not satisfied.Results Of the 1206 swimming pool water samples,937 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 91.33%.Of the 337 immersing feet pool water samples,325 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 96.44%.The qualified rate of immersing feet pool water showed a growing trend from 2020 to 2022.The differences in qualified rates of swimming pool water samples(χ^(2)=26.83,P<0.001)and immersing feet pool water samples(χ^(2)=10.35,P=0.006)were statistically significant in different years.Of the 333 swimming places,301 swimming places were qualified in all indicators,with a qualified rate of 90.39%.The difference in the qualified rate of swimming places water samples in different years was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.56,P=0.003).In the various testing indicators,the qualified rates of turbidity and coliform were 100.00%.The qualified rates of other indicators,in descending order,were pH value,total bacterial counts,free residual chlorine,and urea.Conclusion The general water quality of swimming pool water is optimistic in a district of Guangzhou City,but there are still some hygiene problems.Degree of hygienic supervision should continue to be strengthened to improve the hygiene situation.
