摘　　要：目的探讨胃食管反流病(GERD)患者口腔健康相关生活质量现状及其影响因素,为临床制定GERD患者口腔健康相关生活质量的改善工作提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2020年5月至2021年12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院治疗的136例GERD患者为研究对象,采用口腔健康影响程度(OHIP-14)量表对患者进行调查。结果本研究136例GERD患者OHIP-14总分为(14.42±7.14)分;进行多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、家庭人均月收入、口腔疾病、居住地、牙齿缺失均是GERD患者口腔健康相关生活质量的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释总变异的42.55%。结论GERD患者口腔健康相关生活质量仍有待提高,同时其影响因素相对较多,医务人员可根据上述因素给予GERD患者制定相应的预防措施,继而有助于提高患者口腔健康相关生活质量,改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of oral health-related quality of life in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),and to provide reference for clinical development of oral health-related quality of life in patients with GERD.Methods A total of 136 patients with gastroesophageal reflux treated in our hospital from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method,and the patients were investigated by oral health impact scale(HIP-14).Results The total score of HIP-14 in 136 patients with gastroesophageal reflux was(14.42±7.14).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,per capita monthly family income,oral disease,residence and tooth loss were all factors influencing oral health-related quality of life in patients with gastroesophageal reflux(P<0.05),accounting for 42.55%of the total variation.Conclusions Oral health-related quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux remains to be improved,and its influencing factors are relatively numerous.Medical staff can formulate corresponding preventive measures for patients with gastroesophageal reflux according to the above factors,which will help to improve oral health-related quality of life of patients and improve their prognosis.
