摘 要:胃食管反流病(GERD)是一种常见的胃肠道运动障碍性疾病,其病因是胃内容物逆流直食管或口腔引起的。目前,此病在全球范围内发病率呈上升趋势。迄今为止,人们对胃食管反流的发病机制主要集中于反流机制方面深入探讨并研究。但近几年来,分子机制逐渐成为研究的热点。本综述旨重点探讨辣椒素受体对GERD发病机制进行叙述。Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common gastrointestinal motility disorder caused by the reflux of gastric contents into the straight esophagus or oral cavity.At present,the incidence rate of this disease is on the rise worldwide.So far,people's understanding of the pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux has mainly focused on in-depth exploration and research on the mechanism of reflux.But in recent years,molecular mechanisms have gradually become a research hotspot.This review focuses on the role of capsaicin receptor in the pathogenesis of GERD.
