摘　　要：当前,高校图书馆作为知识信息的重要载体,其服务方式与管理机制面临前所未有的挑战与机遇。文章旨在探讨高校图书馆编目工作的重要性及其在数字化时代所面临的挑战。通过分析当前编目工作的标准制定、人员素养以及技术应用等方面的问题,提出创新路径,包括建立规范的编目标准、提升编目人员素养和构建特色信息数据库。随着技术的进步,联机编目系统和自动化工具的应用将提高编目效率和质量,而图书馆间的合作也是优化服务功能、满足用户信息需求的关键因素。Currently,as an important carrier of knowledge information,the university libraries face unprecedented challenges and opportunities on their service methods and management mechanisms.This article aims to explore the importance of cataloging work in university libraries and the challenges they face on the digitalized age.By analyzing the issues of standard setting,personnel literacy,and technical application in current cataloging work,the innovative paths are proposed,including establishing the standardized cataloging standards,improving cataloging personnel lit-eracy,and constructing characteristic information databases.With technological progress,the application of online cataloging systems and automation tools will improve the cataloging efficiency and quality,and cooperation between libraries is also a key factor in optimizing service functions and meeting the users information needs.
