摘　　要：国网电力材料需求计划评审是进行材料采购工作的基础,它可对采购行为进行有系统的控制,为企业创造良好的经济效益,为此展开国网公司电力物资需求计划审查系统设计研究。在硬件设计方面,系统采用高性能服务器和存储设备,构建稳定、可靠的基础架构。在软件设计方面,系统建立审查要点规则库,进行审批采购计划的自动化,并通过审查固化ID确保审查过程的一致性和可追溯性。测试结果表明:在连续长时间的运行中,系统的各项功能表现稳定,未出现严重的故障或性能下降现象,国网公司电力物资需求计划审查系统在稳定性方面表现出色,能满足企业的实际需求。The State Grid electric power material demand planning review is the basis of material procurement work,it can systematically control the procurement behavior,for the enterprise creates a good economic benefits,to launch the State Grid company electric power material demand planning review system design research.In terms of hardware de-sign,the system uses high-performance servers and storage devices to build a stable and reliable infrastructure;In the aspect of software design,the system establishes the rule base of review points,automates the approval of procure-ment planning,and ensures the consistency and traceability of the review process through the review solidified ID.The test results show that:In the continuous long-term operation,the system's functions are stable,there is no serious failure or performance degradation phenomenon,the State Grid company's electric power material demand planning review system in terms of stability performance is excellent,it can meet the actual needs of enterprises.
