家庭化产房系统在智慧病房建设中的探索和实践

摘　　要：目的构建家庭化产房系统,方便医护人员实时检查孕产妇状态,满足孕产妇的不同需求,辅助实现现代化、人性化、智能化的产科服务。方法基于B/S架构,采用平台化的后台支撑架构,整合医院已有的多个临床业务系统,从产房设施环境、优质便民服务和产科医护闭环管理3个方面进行信息互联、构建家庭化产房系统。结果建立了涵盖数据采集系统、智能监测系统、实时交互系统和联通其他辅助系统的家庭化产房系统,该系统应用后降低了医院成本,提升了医疗质量和孕产妇及家属的满意度。结论家庭化产房系统的建设与应用打通了临床业务系统和智能终端的数据流,为孕产妇及其家属带来了参与监护和决策的新方式,打造了一个现代化的家庭化产房,提升了医疗质量和满意度。Objective The intelligent service of FCMC is constructed to facilitate the medical staff to check the status of pregnant women in real time,meet the different needs of pregnant women,and assist the realization of modern,humanized and intelligent obstetric services.Methods Based on the B/S framework,the platform-based background support framework is adopted to integrate the existing multiple clinical systems in the hospital,FCMC is constructed through information interconnection in three aspects:the delivery room facilities environment,the high-quality convenience services and the closedloop management of obstetric care.Results FCMC is established to cover the data acquisition system,the intelligent monitoring system,the real-time interaction system and other auxiliary systems.The application of FCMC can reduce the hospital costs,improve the medical quality as well as pregnant women and their families'satisfaction.Conclusion The construction of FCMC opens up the data flow of clinical business system and intelligent terminal,brings a new way for pregnant women and their families to practice in monitoring and decision-making,creates a modern family delivery room and improves the medical quality and satisfaction.
