摘  要:近年来,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,“慢就业”群体规模不断攀升。为防止“慢就业”倾向蔓延,精准赋能高校毕业生高质量就业,通过问卷调研和访谈调查等实证方法了解浙江省大学生就业倾向的变化,分析“慢就业”群体的特征及影响因素。结果表明,毕业生的身份特征、就业心理、就业认知等因素对“慢就业”现象的形成有显著影响。据此提出相关建议:政府层面创造就业需求,出台政策保障;高校层面顺应毕业生“慢就业”模式,构建毕业后教育体系;企业改善求职体验与招聘效率,加强校企深度合作等。In recent years,the challenge of college graduate employment has intensified,with a no-table increase in the number of graduates experiencing slow employment.This study aims to eluci-date the dynamics of this trend within the context of the evolving economy and to propose strate-gies for empowering college graduates in their job search.Utilizing empirical methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews,the research investigates shifts in employment orientations among university students in Zhejiang Province,identifies characteristics of the slow employment demographic,and analyzes factors contributing to this phenomenon.Findings reveal the significant influence of graduates’identity,employment psychology,and employment cognition on slow em-ployment trends.Accordingly,the study presents three recommendations:government intervention to establish a robust social security system and foster employment opportunities,universities’ad-aptation to the slow employment paradigm by developing comprehensive post-graduation educa-tion systems,and enhanced collaboration between enterprises and educational institutions to im-prove recruitment efficiency and support graduates in their job search.
