摘　　要：本研究通过分解典型工作任务提取技能结构,将工作任务分析归纳为行动领域,由行动领域转化为学习领域,再由学习领域设计学习情境,实现从工作到知识的解构与重构的全过程。运用基于工作过程的教学设计理念开发现代移动通信技术专业课程体系,提出三点建设思考,一是课程体系构建需要具有战略眼光,将学生未来职业发展考虑在内;二是学习领域的构建,要注重培养学生专业核心素养;三是通过迭代反复的教学策略,培养学生自主思维能力。This study extracts the skill structure by decomposes the typical work tasks,summarizes the work task analysis into the action field,transforms the action field into the learning field,and then designs the learning context from the learning field to realize the deconstruction and reconstruction of the whole process from work to knowledge.The teaching design concept based on the work process is used to develop the curriculum system of modern mobile communication technology,and three construction thoughts are put forward:First,the construction of the curriculum system should have a strategic vision and take the future career development of students into account;second,the construction of the learning field should pay attention to the cultivation of students'professional core quality.The third is to cultivate students'independent thinking ability through iterative teaching strategies.
