摘  要:在高温高压条件下用盐酸-双氧水消解铑粉样品,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定其中16种杂质元素[1]。进行了光谱干扰研究、谱线选择、加标回收、精密度以及基体匹配比对试验。该方法简便、快速、准确,其测定范围为0.0005%~0.10%,RSD在1.88%~12.15%之间,加标回收率在92.0%~114.6%之间,不同方法结果对照数据吻合良好。该方法可满足铑粉中16种杂质元素的测定要求。The rhodium powder sample was digested with hydrochloric acid-hydrogen peroxide under high temperature and high pressure conditions,and 16 impurities were determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICPAES).Spectral interference studies,spectral line selection,spiking recovery,precision,and matrix matching alignment tests were performed.The method is simple,fast and accurate,with its determination range of 0.0005%~0.10%,RSD between 0.5%and 5.73%,and the spike recovery rate is between 97.0%and 108.1%.The results of different methods are in good agreement.This method can meet the determination requirements of 16 impurity elements in rhodium powder.
