摘  要:以不粘锅、搪瓷锅、陶瓷锅为研究对象。探究在其完好状态、轻微磨损状态、破损状态下迁移量的变化。结果表明,破损状态下的不粘锅、搪瓷锅、陶瓷锅迁移量明显增加,更易产生安全隐患。从食品安全角度来说,建议消费者破损锅具不适合继续使用,须要更换新的锅具。The research subjects uses nonstick pan,enamel,and ceramics as the research object.Explore the changes in migration amount in its sound condition,slight wear condition,and damaged state.Conclusion:The migration amount of nonstick pan,enamel and ceramics in a damaged state significantly increases,which is more prone to safety hazards.It is recommended that consumers stop using damaged cookware from a food safety perspective.The new cookware needs to be replaced with the old one,as the old one is damaged.
