摘　　要：在高等教育国际化的进程中,培养师生全球胜任力对高校提升国际竞争力和可持续发展至关重要。加拿大卡尔加里大学郭世宝教授深入阐述了全球胜任力的内涵、重要性以及多维核心要素。他强调,应不断深化高等教育国际化,为提升全球胜任力创造前提条件。在高等教育国际化进程中,高等教育机构须致力于推动在地国际化建设并关注教育公平问题,保障全体师生均有发展的平台和机会。在未来的全球胜任力培养工作中,须提供更多资源支持,以推动教师培训、课程国际化、校园跨文化交流及线上国际学习平台建设,并关注“全球”与“本土”之间的平衡问题。In the process of internationalizing higher education,cultivating global competence among teachers and students is crucial for universities to enhance international competitiveness and ensure sustainable development.Professor Guo Shibao from the University of Calgary in Canada elaborates on the definition,importance,and multidimensional core elements of global competence.He emphasizes the need to deepen continuously the internationalization of higher education to create conditions for nurturing global competence.Throughout this process,institutions should focus on promoting internationalization practices at home and address the issue of educational equity to provide all teachers and students with platforms and opportunities for development.In future efforts towards developing global competence,more resources should be allocated to support teacher training,curriculum internationalization,fostering intercultural exchanges on campuses,establishing online international learning platforms,and maintaining a balance between the“global”and the“local”.
