摘 要:通过控制盘式刨片机参数和切削工艺对影响白杨(Populustremeloides,Michx)刨花质量因素进行探究。以刨花的长度分布和抗拉强度,卷曲指数和能源消耗作为评价优质白杨刨花质量的评价指标,具体探究了木材含水率和木材纤维倾斜角,切削方向和CAE式圆盘刨片机的底刀厚度、底刀后缩距离与飞刀微斜角的影响。结果表明:横向切削能以较低的能耗获得较高抗拉强度的刨花,而纵向切削能有效降低刨花卷曲指数。木材含水率以及底刀后缩距离可以降低刨花的卷曲指数。底刀厚度可以有效控制刨花长度等级为5的分布占比。设置飞刀微斜角可以获得具有较高抗拉强度的刨花。木材纤维倾斜角的存在会严重危害刨花质量,研究结果对于提高木材资源利用率、刨花质量和实现节能降耗,具有重要意义。This study investigated the key factors affecting the quality of trembling aspen(Populus tremeloides,Michx)strand quality by controlling the parameters and cutting processes of the CAE disc flaker.The effects of wood moisture content,tilt angle,flaking direction,and the counter knife thickness,the edge distance,and knife micro-bevel angle of the CAE-type disc flaker were explored.The quality of high-quality aspen strand and production control evaluation indicators were evaluated using the length distribution,tensile strength,curl index,and energy consumption of the strand.The results showed that tangential cutting can obtain higher tensile strength strands with lower energy consumption,while longitudinal cutting can effectively reduce the curl index of the strands.The moisture content of the wood and the edge distances of the counter knife can reduce the curl index of the strands.The counter knife thickness can effectively control the proportion of strands length grade 5.Setting a microbevel on the knife can obtain strands with higher tensile strength.The presence of fiber tilt angle seriously harms the quality of the strands.The research results are of great significance for improving the utilization rate of wood resources,the quality of the strands,and achieving energy saving and consumption reduction.
