摘  要:针对目前室内小型植物培育仪器各项功能用途较单一、利用度不高的问题,本文设计一款功能用途广泛的植物培育仪器。首先,分析了现有产品的功能模式并通过SET发现产品机会缺口,找到产品新的潜在需求,TRIZ理论的发明原理求解产品机会缺口转化成的物理或技术矛盾,得到新的植物培育仪器设计方案。其次,运用熵权TOPSIS对设计方案与同类产品进行优劣评价及排序。最后,运用GRA对产品功能的效用进行评价。结果表明:设计可拆卸的培育箱内部挡板、具有微量元素检测功能且可拆卸的检测装置、可升降旋转的补光灯,扩大了产品适用范围,拓展了产品功能用途。此设计要点聚焦用户需求,提高了此类产品的功能利用率,为植物培育仪器的再设计提供了新的设计思路与理论参考。Aiming at the problems of single function and low availability of indoor small plant cultivation instrument,a plant cultivation instrument with a wide range of functions was designed in this paper.Firstly,the functional mode of existing products was analyzed and the opportunity gap of products was found through SET,and the new potential demand of products was found.The invention principle of TRIZ theory was used to solve the physical or technical contradictions transformed by the opportunity gap of products,and the design scheme of new plant cultivation instruments was obtained.Secondly,entropy weight TOPSIS was used to evaluate and rank the design scheme and similar products.Finally,GRA was used to evaluate the utility of product functions.The results showed that the detachable inner baffle of incubator,the detachable detection device with trace element detection function and the fill light with lifting and rotating function were designed to expand the scope of application and function of the product.This design process verified the feasibility and effectiveness of product innovation design,and provided a new design idea and theoretical reference for the redesign of plant cultivation instruments.
