黑龙江省公共交通二氧化碳排放因子研究

摘  要:以《IPCC 2006国家温室气体清单指南》移动源燃烧产生的CO_(2)量核算方法为理论依据,对黑龙江省地区各交通集团开展大量样本调研,量化各类型公共交通工具人公里碳排放系数。结果表明,各交通工具的二氧化碳排放因子分别为:高铁0.0295 kgCO_(2)/p·km,普速火车0.0214 kgCO_(2)/p·km,地铁0.0457 kgCO_(2)/p·km,公交车0.0274 kgCO_(2)/p·km,大巴车0.0210 kgCO_(2)/p·km,中(小)巴车0.0302 kgCO_(2)/p·km。影响公共交通工具温室气体排放因子值大小的因素包含线路属性、车辆属性、场站能耗、座位利用率。此研究为发展以公共交通为主导的交通模式、引导绿色出行的实施提供了理论依据。Based on the theoretical basis of the IPCC 2006 National Greenhouse Gas Inventory Guidelines,a large number of sample surveys were conducted on various transportation groups in Heilongjiang Province to quantify the carbon emission coefficients per person kilometer for various types of public transportation.The results show that the carbon dioxide emission factors of each mode of transportation are:0.0295 kgCO_(2)/p·km for high-speed trains,0.0214 kgCO_(2)/p·km for regular trains,0.0457 kgCO_(2)/p·km for subways,0.0274 kgCO_(2)/p·km for buses,0.0210 kgCO_(2)/p·km for buses,and 0.0302 kgCO_(2)/p·km for medium(small)buses.The factors that affect the greenhouse gas emission factor values of public transportation include route attributes,vehicle attributes,station energy consumption,and seat utilization.This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of transportation modes dominated by public transportation and the implementation of green travel guidance.
