摘 要:随着风力和光伏发电量的日益增多,电能的消纳成为当前热点。将风电和光伏充裕的电量送入电网是解决电能消纳的关键,但与此同时会影响并网输出电能质量。提出基于鲁棒控制策略风光发电并网系统谐振控制方法,可有效提高并网输出电能质量。首先在系统性能要求的基础上,选取加权函数和系统结构不确定性描述函数,建立风光发电并网系统数学模型,最后通过求解得到鲁棒控制器。在Matlab/Simulink仿真平台上,比较所提控制方法与传统PI控制方法,验证了所提控制方法应对风光发电并网系统谐振控制具有较强的鲁棒性。With the increasing amount of wind and photovoltaic power generation,the absorption of electric energy has be-come a current hot spot.Sending wind power and photovoltaic abundant electricity into the grid is the key to solving power consump-tion,but at the same time,it will affect the quality of grid connected output power.This paper proposes a resonance control method based on robust control strategy for wind power grid connected systems,which can effectively improve the output power quality of grid connected systems.Firstly,based on the system performance requirements,the weighting function and the system structure un-certainty description function are selected to establish a mathematical model of the wind power grid connected system.Finally,a ro-bust controller is obtained through solving.On the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform,the proposed control method is compared with the traditional PI control method,and it is verified that the proposed control method has strong robustness to the resonance con-trol of wind power grid connected systems.
