摘  要:火电厂SO2的排放一直都是大气污染防治的重点,电厂脱硫系统的脱硫效率越高则排放出的气体越清洁,脱硫系统浆液池中浆液的PH值是影响脱硫过程中的关键要素。针对浆液PH值非线性,滞后性及大惯性的特点,论文提出了一种对浆液PH值的模糊自适应PID控制方法,对PID参数根据检测量的变化进行动态修正,实现自适应调节。对PID和模糊PID控制在Matlab/simulink内建模仿真,通过对两种响应曲线对比分析,可得出模糊自适应PID控制系统的振荡大小和及振荡次数、超调量、调整时间及系统的稳定性都优于传统PID控制,系统整体的控制性能都有明显的提升。The SO2 emission of thermal power plants has always been the focus of air pollution prevention.The higher the de-sulfurization efficiency of the power plant's desulfurization system,the cleaner the gas emitted.The PH value of the slurry in the de-sulfurization system slurry pool is a key factor affecting the desulfurization process.Aiming at the characteristics of slurry PH value nonlinearity,hysteresis and large inertia,this paper proposes a fuzzy adaptive PID control method for slurry PH value,which dy-namically corrects the PID parameters according to the change of the detection amount,and realizes adaptive adjustment.The PID and fuzzy PID control are modeled and simulated in Matlab/simulink.Through the comparative analysis of the two response curves,the oscillation size and the number of oscillations,overshoot,adjustment time,and system performance of the fuzzy adaptive PID control system can be obtained.The stability is better than traditional PID control,and the overall control performance of the system is significantly improved.
