摘  要:中国油气管道安全一直是一个不可忽略的问题,一旦发生事故,不仅会造成巨大的经济损失和负面的社会影响,还会严重影响到周边居民的生命财产安全[1]。本文基于管道完整性管理理论和天地图权威的地理信息数据,构建油气田集输管网完整性评价系统,实现对集输管网的闭环管理,满足各层级油气管道行业安全生产管理需求,全面提升管网安全管理水平。China′s oil and gas pipeline safety has always been a problem that can not be ignored.Once an accident occurs,it will not only cause huge economic losses and negative social impact,but also seriously affect the life and property safety of surrounding residents.Based on the pipeline integrity management theory and the authoritative geographic information data of Map World,this paper aims to construct the integrity evaluation system of oil and gas field gathering and transmission pipeline network,realize the closed-loop management of gathering and transmission pipeline network,meet the safety production management needs of oil and gas pipeline industry at all levels,and comprehensively improve the safety management level of pipeline network.
