摘 要:技能型社会建设视角下,基于高职教育专业适应性评估体系构建的价值取向,以社会民生需求配适度、数字智能时代发展耦合度、现代产业体系构建匹配度三个维度为切入点设计11项指标,选取2020年1465个高职院校样本数据进行分析。调查结果表明:高职教育专业设置逐步与社会相适宜,在关键领域已取得显著成效,但高职教育专业社会适应性整体水平有待提高,且不均衡性也逐步显现。应以自我发展为内在动力、以运行优化为核心要义、以市场驱动为根本遵循,合力提升高职教育专业设置完善度,以增强高职教育专业社会适应性。From the perspective of building a skill-based society,based on the value orientation of constructing a professional adaptability evaluation system for higher vocational education,11 indicators are designed from three dimensions:adaptability to people’s livelihood needs,coupling with digital intelligence development,and matching with modern industrial system construction.Samples from 1465 higher vocational colleges in 2020 are selected for analysis and the following conclusions are obtained.The establishment of vocational education majors is gradually adapting to society and has achieved significant results in key areas.However,the overall level of social adaptability of vocational education majors needs to be improved,and the imbalance is gradually emerging.We should take self-development as the internal driving force,operation optimization as the core essence,and market-driven principle as the foundation,and work together to improve the completeness of vocational education majors,in order to enhance their social adaptability.
