摘　　要：随着全国广播电视大学向开放大学转型,如何准确把握开放大学在整个国家教育生态系统中的位置,决定着未来开放大学的发展方向。生态位理论深刻揭示了开放大学生态位宽度、生态位重叠、生态位竞争等方面的生态变迁。在“构建高质量教育体系”战略背景下,开放大学承担着构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系之使命。因此,开放大学亟需找到整体转型的逻辑基点和目标定位,通过生态位拓展、生态位分离、生态位优化等策略,寻求新的生态空间,解决开放大学定位不清晰、体系不健全、办学质量不高等深层次问题。With the transformation of the National Radio and Television University to Open University,how to accurately grasp the position of Open University in the entire national educational ecosystem determines the future development direction of Open University.Niche theory profoundly reveals the ecological transformation of Open University in terms of niche width,niche overlap and niche competition.Under the background of the strategy of“building a high-quality education system”,Open University undertakes the mission of building an education system that serves lifelong learning for all.Therefore,Open University urgently needs to find the logical basis and target positioning of the overall transformation,and to seek new ecological space through niche expansion,niche separation and niche improvement and other strategies,so as to solve the deep-seated problems of Open University,such as unclear positioning,imperfect system and low quality of running schools.
