摘　　要：通过对儿童安宁疗护医务人员实践经验进行总结,以及对国内外相关文献进行分析和梳理,阐明儿童安宁疗护共同决策实践需要实现本土化的原因,并详细论述我国本土化实践的关键策略。儿童安宁疗护共同决策的实践之所以需要实现本土化,其原因在于:决策模式、患儿病情告知与死亡沟通、文化因素、医疗体系因素。本土化实践的关键策略在于:营造以患儿和家属为中心的人文环境;建立多学科安宁疗护团队及跨专业合作模式;构建本土化共同决策干预模式。By summarizing the practical experiences of pediatric palliative care healthcare professionals and conducting an analysis of relevant literature from both domestic and international sources,this study aims to clarify the need for localizing the practice of shared decision-making in pediatric palliative care and discusses key strategies for implementing localized practices in China.The necessity for localizing the practice of shared decision-making in pediatric palliative care lie in various factors including decision-making models,disclosure of illness and death communication to pediatric patients,cultural considerations,and healthcare system factors.The key strategies for localized practice include:fostering a human-centered environment with a focus on pediatric patients and their families,establishing multidisciplinary palliative care teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration,and developing intervention models tailored to the local context of shared decision-making.
