摘　　要：目的 探讨椎管内肿瘤的手术治疗经验与效果。方法 分析2011年1月-2020年12月在滨州医学院附属医院接受手术治疗的84例椎管内肿瘤患者的临床资料、影像学及病理结果。结果 最常见的病理类型是神经鞘瘤87例(47.4%)和脊膜瘤30例(16.4%)。病变主要集中在腰骶段69例(37.5%)和胸段67例(36.4%)。疼痛(57.6%)和麻木(31.5%)为主要临床症状。肿瘤全切除160例(87.0%),次全切除19例(10.3%),部分切除5例(2.7%)。平均手术时间(141.38±70.08) min。结论 椎管内肿瘤好发于腰骶段。神经鞘瘤和脊膜瘤是发病率较高的两种肿瘤类型。手术切除肿瘤和促进功能恢复对患者是有益的。Objective To explore the experience and effects of surgical treatment of intraspinal tumors.Methods The clinical data,imaging and pathological results of 84 patients with intraspinal tumors who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The most common pathological types were schwannoma in 87 cases(47.4%)and meningioma in 30 cases(16.4%).The lesions were mainly concentrated in the lumbosacral segment in 69 cases(37.5%)and the thoracic segment in 67 cases(36.4%).Pain(57.6%)and numbness(31.5%)were the main clinical symptoms.Total tumor resection was performed in 160 cases(87.0%),subtotal resection was performed in 19 cases(10.3%),and partial resection was performed in 5 cases(2.7%).The average operation time was(141.38±70.08)min.Conclusion Intraspinal tumors tend to occur in the lumbosacral segment.Schwannomas and meningiomas are the two most common tumor types.Surgery to remove the tumor and promote functional recovery is beneficial to the patient.
