摘 要:近年来科技自立自强积极推进,提升创新加速度,加快解决“卡脖子”难题成为研究型科技创新企业的重点任务,改善科技创新活动绩效和整体效率提升也已经成为相关企业面临的突出问题.因此以研究型科技创新企业为研究对象,以广义DEA方法为基础,探讨产业创新效率的测算方法,然后应用测算方法对GRIMAT公司2014-2020年相关领域产业创新活动的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率进行了测算和比较研究,并重点分析了各领域创新活动产业化导入现状和发展潜力,对提升产业创新效率提出管理建议.Nowadays,improving the speed of innovation and resolving of the"stuck neck"problem have become the key tasks.And improving economic eficiency of technological innovation activities have become prominent problems faced by related enterprises.Therefore,based on the generalized DEA model,the method for measuring the industrial innovation efficiency of research-oriented scientific and technological innovation enterprises was discussed,and then the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale eficiency of industrial innovation activities in related fields of GRIMAT in 2014-2020 were measured and compared by using the calculation method,and the current situation and development potential of the industrialization introduction of innovation activities in various fields were analyzed,and management suggestions were put forward to improve the industrial innovation efficiency.
