摘  要:目的了解新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)预防接种人员工作满意度,探讨职业满意度的影响因素,为稳定职业队伍建设提供参考。方法2023年3月采用自行设计调查问卷,利用“问卷星”微信小程序形成电子问卷开展匿名调查,收回有效问卷256份。采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性逐步回归分析进行统计,分析兵团预防接种人员工作满意度及其影响因素。结果兵团预防接种人员工作满意度平均得分为(3.69±0.59)分,满意度得分最高的为同事关系(4.07±0.67)分,得分最低的为薪酬待遇(3.23±0.83)分。多因素线性逐步性回归分析显示,工作环境、休假制度、职业成就感、未来发展、同事关系是影响预防接种人员工作满意度的因素[回归系数(β)=0.485,t=2.490,P<0.05]。结论新疆生产建设兵团基层预防接种人员职业满意度不高,应持续改善预防接种人员的工作环境,调整收入水平,增加人力资源配置,合理安排工作人员正常带薪休假,提供更多机会并提高自身工作能力,不断增强职业成就感,增加工作人员主观能动性,为受种者提供优质服务。Objective To understand the job satisfaction of vaccination personnel in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(referred to as the corps),to explore the influencing factors of occupational satisfaction,and to provide a reference for the construction of a stable occupational team.Methods The survey was conducted anonymously by using self-designed questionnaires in March 2023 and electronic questionnaires were formed by the"Questionnaire Star"on the WeChat program and a total of 256 valid questionnaires were returned.Independent samples t-test,one-way analysis of variance,and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the job satisfaction and influencing factors of the vaccination personnel in the corps.Results The average score of job satisfaction score of the vaccination personnel in the corps was(3.69±0.59),with the highest score of satisfaction was for collegiality(4.07±0.67)and the lowest score for compensation package(3.23±0.83).Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis showed that working environment,leave system,career fulfillment,future development,and colleague relationship were the influencing factors on job satisfaction of vaccination personnel[regression coefficient(β)=0.485,t=2.490,P<0.05].Conclusion The occupational satisfaction of preventive vaccination personnel in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is low.The working environment of preventive vaccination personnel should be continuously improved.Income level should be adjusted.Allocation of human resources should be increased.Normal paid leave for personnel should be rationally arranged.More opportunities should be provided to improve their own working abilities.A sense of professional achievement should be continuously enhanced.Personnel′s initiative should be increased to provide high-quality services to vaccinees.
