摘　　要：目的探讨非血管超声造影(NV CEUS)辅助瘤内注射平阳霉素治疗肝血管瘤的安全性及有效性。方法选取行硬化治疗的67例肝血管瘤患者,随机分为试验组(34例,行平阳霉素+超声造影剂混合液注射)及对照组(33例,行平阳霉素注射),收集两组一般资料、术后并发症及后期随访情况。结果(1)试验组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为11.8%、18.2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)术后1、3个月试验组与对照组治疗有效率分别为97.1%vs.90.9%、100%vs.97.0%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1、3个月试验组治疗显效率均高于对照组(26.5%vs.6.1%、82.4%vs.57.6%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NV CEUS可精准辅助瘤内注射平阳霉素治疗肝血管瘤,值得在临床中运用。Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of non-vascular contrast-enhanced ultrasound(NV CEUS)assisted intratumoral injection of Pingyangmycin for hepatic hemangioma treatment.Methods A total of 67 patients with hepatic hemangioma were selected and randomly divided into the control group(33 cases)and the experimental group(34 cases).The control group was treated with sclerotherapy by injection of Pingyangmycin,while the experimental group was treated with sclerotherapy by combing Pingyangmycin and contrast medium.Then the clinical data,complications,and follow-up information of the two groups were collected.Results The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group and the control group were 11.8% and 18.2%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference in effective rate of treatment between the experimental group and the control group at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(97.1%vs.90.9%,100%vs.97.0%)was statistically insignificant(P>0.05).As regards the treatment significance rate at 1 month and 3 months after treatment(26.5%vs.6.1%,82.4%vs.57.6%),the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions NV CEUS can accurately assist with intratumoral injection of Pingyangmycin for hepatic hemangioma treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
