高等教育系统的重构:社会转型的视角

摘　　要：高等教育在满足工业社会发展的同时形成了工业化高等教育系统。工业化驱动的高等教育系统有着强劲的路径依赖,主要用于服务工业社会而不是满足知识社会的需要。在从工业社会到知识社会的转型中,高等教育系统的工业化趋同与社会转型需求不适配,工业化高等教育系统表现出组织机构同质化和组织结构金字塔化。随着知识社会初露端倪,工业化高等教育在知识社会面临转型,工业化高等教育系统需要重构,即以开放环境为前提,提高系统的持续适应性;以转变认知为动力,增强系统的多态性;以更新组织结构为基础,加强系统的灵活性,实现工厂式的高等教育系统向欣欣向荣的生态系统转变。Higher education has formed an industrialized higher education system while meeting the development of industrial society.The industrialization-driven higher education system has a strong path dependence,mainly used to serve industrial society rather than meet the needs of knowledge society.In the transformation from industrial society to knowledge society,the industrialization convergence of the higher education system is not compatible with the needs of social transformation,and the industrialized higher education system shows homogenization of organizational structure and pyramidal organizational structure.With the emergence of knowledge society,industrialized higher education is facing transformation in knowledge society,and the industrialized higher education system needs to be reconstructed,that is,on the premise of an open environment,improving the continuous adaptability of the system;on the basis of changing cognition,enhancing the polymorphism of the system;on the basis of updating the organizational structure,strengthening the flexibility of the system,and realizing the transformation of the factory-style higher education system to a thriving ecosystem.
