摘　　要：基于数据赋能的视角,以郑州大信家居有限公司为例,探讨了制造业企业敏捷性形成机理及底层数据逻辑。研究发现:通过数据赋能,制造业企业可以获得智能能力、连接能力及分析能力,并在这三种能力的驱动下,进行业务流程的数据解构、业务流程的数据关联及业务流程的数据重构,最终实现制造业企业敏捷性。其中,数据赋能、业务流程的数据解构和业务流程的数据关联是制造业企业敏捷性形成的前置要素,业务流程的数据重构是制造业企业敏捷性形成的直接路径。还对制造业企业敏捷性形成的底层数据逻辑及其相关维度构成进行了分析。研究结果对制造业企业敏捷性形成机理进行了探索和拓展,对其底层数据逻辑进行了补充和完善。This research takes Daxin as an example to explore the formation mechanism and bottom data logic of manufacturing enterprise agility from the perspective of data empowerment.Research has found that:Through data empowerment,manufacturing enterprises acquire intellectual ability,connectivity ability,and analytical ability,and driven by these three abilities,they carry out business data deconstruction,business data association,and business data reconstruction,ultimately achieving manufacturing enterprise agility.Among them,data empowerment,business data deconstruction,and business data association are the prerequisites for the formation of manufacturing enterprise agility,the data reconstruction of business is a direct path for the formation of agility in manufacturing enterprises.This study also found the bottom data logic behind the formation of manufacturing enterprise agility and deconstructed its related dimensions:The research results have deepened and expanded the exploration of the formation mechanism of manufacturing enterprise agility,and can provide useful supplements for the bottom data logic research of the organizational capacity upgrading.
