摘 要:学术期刊出版能力包括引领能力、编辑策划与把关能力和学术出版服务能力三个层面的内容。在新创期刊的十年探索中,《重庆高教研究》通过实施一系列创新实践,不断提升刊物的学术出版能力。其主要做法包括:始终坚持学术逻辑办刊,坚守期刊乃社会之公器的发展理念,不唯身份只看学术质量;以高质量的服务求发展,不断提升刊物的美誉度;积极推进透明性开放同行评议,营造更加风清气正的学术发表生态;在教育出版领域首创青年学术委员会制度,聚集一大批优秀青年学者,助力刊物发展;不断加强学术期刊媒体融合发展,实现学术信息的多级传播和立体传播等。实践证明,这些创新实践和探索,有助于推动期刊学术质量、学科关注度和社会影响力的稳步提升。The publishing ability of academic journals includes three levels:academic leading ability,editing planning and checking ability,and academic publishing service ability.In the ten-year exploration of a newly established journal,Chongqing Higher Education Research aims to continuously improve its academic publishing capabilities by implementing a series of innovative practices.Its main approach includes:always adhering to the academic logic of running journals,adhering to the development concept of journals as public tools of society,and not only focusing on academic quality based on identity;Seeking development with high-quality services and continuously improving the reputation of publications;Actively promote transparency and open peer review,and create a more clean and upright academic publishing ecosystem;Pioneering the Youth Academic Committee system in the field of educational publishing,gathering a large number of outstanding young scholars to assist in the development of publications;Continuously strengthen the integration and development of academic journal media,and achieve multi-level and three-dimensional dissemination of academic information.Practice has proven that these innovative practices and explorations contribute to the steady improvement of the academic quality,disciplinary attention,and social influence of journals.
