摘  要:文章针对某重吊船,通过PATRAN软件建立船体尾部的三维模型,根据实际情况进行漂浮、压载和满载3种船舶状态的模拟,得到各状态下的船体变形数据,从而提取3种状态下对应的轴承支撑位置垂向偏移,分析结果为后续校中设计中纳入船体变形因素提供参考。由计算结果可知,漂浮、压载以及满载状态下,轴承最大相对垂向偏移分别为0.223 mm、0.718 mm、2.180 mm,满载工况下轴承支撑位置的相对偏移最大,说明满载状态船体变形对轴系影响最大。This paper established a three-dimensional model of the stern of a heavy-lift ship using PATRAN.In this paper,the simulation of three states of ship floating,ballast and full load generated the hull deformation data under each state.It provides the corresponding vertical offset of the bearing support position under each state.The analysis results provide an example of incorporating hull deformation factors in subsequent alignment design.The calculation results show that the maximum relative vertical offset of the bearing under floating,ballast and pressed-up states are 0.223 mm,0.718 mm and 2.180 mm,respectively.The relative offset of the bearing support position under the pressed-up state of the ship is the largest,indicating that the deformation of the ship's hull under the pressed-up state has the most influence on the shafting.
