重建中气抗癌汤联合替吉奥抑制胃癌移植瘤生长的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨重建中气抗癌汤联合替吉奥抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞移植瘤生长的作用研究。方法:复制裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,将裸鼠分为模型对照组、替吉奥组、联合1组、联合2组,并给药,比较各组裸鼠体重、瘤体积、瘤重及抑瘤率,Western Blot检测APC、ErbB1、MUC2、SIRT1蛋白表达水平。结果:与模型组比较,治疗组裸鼠体重出现不同程度下降(P<0.05),瘤体积均明显减小(P<0.05)、瘤重均明显减轻(P<0.05),APC表达逐渐升高(P<0.05)、ErbB1、SIRT1表达逐渐降低(P<0.05)、MUC2未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:重建中气抗癌汤联合替吉奥对胃癌荷瘤裸鼠肿瘤生长具有抑制作用,可能与上调APC表达、下调Erb B1、SIRT1表达有关。Objective:Study on the inhibitory effect of Chongjian Zhongqi Anti-Cancer Formula combined with Tegiol on the growth of transplanted human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.Methods:Establish a subcutaneous transplant tumor model in nude mice and divide them into a model control group,a Tegio group,a combination group 1,and a combination group,And administer medication,Compare the body weight,tumor volume,tumor weight,and tumor inhibition rate of nude mice in each group,Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of APC,ErbB1,MUC2,and SIRT1 proteins.Results:Compared with the model group,the body weight of nude mice in the treatment group showed different degrees of decrease(P<0.05),the tumor volume was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the tumor weight was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the expression of APC was gradually increased(P<0.05),the expression of ErbB1and SIRT1 was gradually reduced(P<0.05),and no significant difference was seen in MUC2(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chongjian Zhongqi Anti-Cancer Formula and Tegio has an inhibitory effect on the growth of gastric cancer bearing nude mice,which may be related to upregulation of APC expression and downregulation of ErbB1 and SIRT1 expression.
